By engaging in services with Yassine Moussaid ("The Developer"), the Client agrees to these terms. These terms apply to all web, mobile, and custom software development projects.
Engagement in any service implies full acceptance of these conditions.
Upon full payment, the Client is granted a license to use the final product. The Developer retains ownership of any pre-existing code, libraries, and "know-how". Unless a specific "Buy-out" is agreed upon, the Developer reserves the right to reuse non-proprietary code logic in future projects.
The Developer reserves the right to showcase the project and technical description on moussaid.me and professional social media. For projects under strict NDA, the Client must notify the Developer in writing prior to the start.
Payment structures are flexible and agreed upon for each project. Payments are due according to defined milestones. As an Auto-Entrepreneur under Moroccan Law 114-13, invoices are issued net of VAT (Exonéré de la TVA).
