These terms set out the rules for using this website and outline the general framework of our freelance software development services. By browsing this website or using our contact form, you agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy.

1. Website Use & Acceptable Behavior

This website is provided for informational and business inquiry purposes. When using our contact form, you must provide truthful information. The following activities are strictly prohibited:
- Sending spam, phishing attempts, or abusive inquiries through the form.
- Attempting to bypass security, distribute malware, or run automated scraping scripts against the website.

2. Freelance Services & Engagements

Engaging in software development services with Yassine Moussaid ("The Developer") begins with a mutual agreement. While these terms outline general principles, each specific project will be governed by a separate service contract outlining the exact scope of work, timeline, and delivery terms.

3. Intellectual Property & Code Ownership

Unless otherwise agreed in a specific project contract, upon full payment of all invoices, the Client is granted a license to use the final custom deliverables. The Developer retains ownership of any pre-existing code, framework templates, libraries, and general technical "know-how". The Developer reserves the right to reuse non-proprietary code logic in future projects.

4. Portfolio & Promotion

The Developer reserves the right to showcase the completed project, screenshots, and technical details on moussaid.me and professional social channels. For projects under a strict Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA), the Client must notify the Developer in writing prior to starting.

5. Payment Terms

Payment structures, milestones, and methods are to be discussed and agreed upon individually for each project. Invoices are issued net of VAT (Exonéré de la TVA) under the Moroccan Auto-Entrepreneur Law n°114-13.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Yassine Moussaid shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website or reliance on its content. All information is provided "as is" without explicit or implicit warranty.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by Moroccan law. Any dispute that cannot be resolved through good-faith communication will be referred to the competent courts of Casablanca, Morocco.
